Working with your body and gently expanding your nervous system/root chakra to hold and ground more of your higher self/soul/higher frequencies and vibrations is an absolutely vital component of grounding more of our soul’s light into your sacred human form and matter.
Embodying more of our higher self through the vehicle of our human body is essential to opening up to the multi dimensionality of our being through the integration of spirit into matter.
The divinity of our physical body and our sexuality is so important to remember and include as we heal and build up our light body.

We are all unique and sacred multi dimensional beings of love and light and we are all being called to choose love over fear and remember our divinity and original soul blueprint.
I can see sacred geometry and light language and have struggled greatly myself through this lifetime and chose to forget my divinity in order to choose to remember and serve others as they are remembering.
